The Sacrifice God Desires

Numerous commentators have described Amos as the "social justice" prophet. However, when God demands justice to roll down and righteousness to flow like a mighty stream, He is not advocating for contemporary forms of "redistributive equity." Instead, He is calling Israel to sincere repentance for abandoning Him and for the impartial and indiscriminate application of His Law across the land.
