John chapter six makes it clear that no one comes to Jesus unless the Father draws them. If a person is not drawn, they will not come. This naturally raises the question: who are the ones the Father draws, and why are others not drawn? Many use this passage to support unconditional election and irresistible grace, but is that truly the best way to understand what Jesus is teaching here?
