The Humble Entrance of a Servant King

Palm Sunday is often called the Triumphal Entry. While Jesus indeed entered Jerusalem in triumph, the nation of Israel anticipated a victory over Roman oppression. However, Jesus' focus was on achieving a far greater triumph—the victory over sin.
